Yes. We are happy to work directly with your venue regarding delivery times, setup locations, and any venue specific requirements.
Yes. A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your scheduled event.
Yes. We understand plans can change and will do our best to accommodate adjustments based on availability.
Clients are responsible for excessive damage beyond normal wear and tear. We ask that all rental items be handled with care throughout the event.
Many of our rentals can be used outdoors, provided weather conditions and the setup surface are suitable. Please discuss your event details with our team before booking.
We accept all major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Payment information will be provided with your proposal and invoice.
